Shisen Sho Mahjong Connect is not your typical Chinese Mahjong. It is actually more of a combination of memory and matching game in one app.
What you have to do is find two of the same tile that are scattered throughout the board. By clicking both of the same image, you clear them off the board and you can focus on hunting the next pair.
You need to spot as many pairs as you can in order to finish the game on time.
